Reviews

"Dr. Beth S. was amazing. She explained everything to me and was so personable. I felt so comfortable speaking with her. She did not rush her visit with me and made me feel well cared for. The front desk staff was very professional and nice. The guy who conducted all my eye test was also very friendly and down to earth. He made me feel very comfortable and explained each test and what they were for."

"Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office. I will say that there is some wait time in between the initial check in and actual time with the doctor, so try to block off some extra time (I added about 30 minutes) in case it happens to be a busy day. That isn’t even really a “con” for me, it’s just more of a note in case you have classes or other things to schedule around. I believe the wait is worth it because Dr. Schwartz really puts in the time to ensure patients receive quality care. Dr. Schwartz is meticulous and doesn’t hesitate to answer any questions I have about my treatment plan, and makes an effort to remember details that I did not expect her to recall. I felt like she genuinely wanted to help and did not rush me. I have the same impression with the medical staff who helped me do the initial check-in. I had a lot of questions about the different tools they used for my assessment and the staff were really sweet to entertain my curiosity. I’m usually squeamish about things touching my eyes, but going to this clinic has made me significantly less nervous about it. I received very straightforward instructions and the staff members are so kind and patient. I wish more medical offices were like this."

"The staff was professional and polite. In particular, Dr Beth Schwartz was welcoming, friendly, efficient and thorough. She swiftly evaluated and diagnosed my dad and discussed options clearly and broadly, sharing her thoughts on strengths and weaknesses of each one. Dr Schwartz is a consummate professional. In a time when so many doctors’ offices treat patient care like a factory conveyor belt, it was pleasantly refreshing to receive the compassion, competence and care from Dr Schwartz while she was also respectful of our time and hers. She gets my strongest endorsement. She is clearly an experienced, compassionate physician and I hope she is compensated commensurate with her vital contributions to patient care. I will recommend solomon eye to everyone I know!"
