Dr. Stephen M. Solomon

Board-certified ophthalmologist Dr. Stephen Solomon is one of the most experienced, comprehensive ophthalmic surgeons in the industry with specialties including cataract lens replacement surgery. He has performed thousands of successful cataract and lens replacement surgeries since he began practicing four decades ago. Dr. Solomon has served as Chief of Ophthalmology at Doctors Community Hospital, Dimensions Surgical Center, and has served as chief ophthalmic consultant to the University of Maryland, Department of Athletics.

Education

Dr. Solomon's education began after accepting an academic scholarship to Temple University, Philadelphia, PA where he completed his Bachelor of Science in biology. He continued his medical schooling at the Temple University School of Medicine and completed his ophthalmology residency with the United States Public Health Services, New Orleans, LA.
