My surgery needed to be rescheduled and I have to say that it was handled very efficiently, professionally, and timely by Karen Rosales, the Surgical Coordinator. She was amazing in getting my surgery rescheduled for the next week and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She did everything she promised and in record time. "The staff is friendly all around. Everyone from the young lady at the front desk to the nurse/medical tech...not sure what you call the people who do the inital testing before the Dr comes in. But they were patient, friendly, and detailed. Dr. Draskovic listened to my issues and gave detailed responses in language I could understand. The only gripe I had was the waiting. I have never needed eye care before so maybe that is the way it is...but I was not prepared to be there for 2 hours."
